In the brine
his flesh lies in memory
but a poet's soul
roams forever free.
vz-nostalgia: :
...roams forever free.
through the hearts and minds of those
who was touched by the
magic wand of his imagination...

Amazing! this storm of white powder effect?!..How? ..not that you are gonna tell me..;-)
vz-nostalgia: No one asks a magician "how?", because as soon as the answer is known, the magic is gone. smile

Ahhh...the fountain of youth!

Is it being rejuvenated and started glowing in bright color again shouting: "I'm alive!"

or, is it holding on to its last existance thru the dimming yellow light yelling: "Ohhhhh....Shitttt..." smile
vz-nostalgia: Hahahahaha... You always amuse me, YKW. Enjoy your time in Paris next week. smile

The leaf looks like a tortured soul fighting his way out of the black abyss to the light above and be heard, but is struggling to get there smile
vz-nostalgia: Do you think he will make it, Ms. Linda?
Sublimely seasonal...
YKW about sums it up!
vz-nostalgia: Still, I want YOU to sum it up, Ms. Pixie. smile
I like it VZ... just a bit of colour and a whole lot of white and black... it seems that the poet has not been forgotten....petersmile
vz-nostalgia: Forgotten poet or not, perhaps, is not that important. Does poet's poetry lose its poetic value, if the poet is forgotten?
a soul fell upon a world
of possibilities
to pluck the one that stirs
the heart of imaginations
and he kept on writing
and seeing
and feeling
to touch
and be touched...
vz-nostalgia: :
...a soul fell into her hands
an unexpected gift
a treasure to behold
a flicker of a fire to preserve
a light that slowly descends
into her inner depth
a soul of a poet that writes
its verses with a sweet perfume
upon her soul
until the gift is lost
until the treasure is forgotten
until the flicker of the fire
is dropped and dies...
