Viktionary: The Inner Light in You. Part II

…I am a spark

that lights your inner light

a little flicker

that brings hope into your tired soul

I will remain

forever in your caring hands

don’t stumble

don’t drop me on the stone steps

going down into the room of dark desires...

... where yet unknown pleasures are awaiting
those who aren't afraid to enter.

You are the spark
that warms a weary soul
a little flicker
that frightens away the dark
making room for the unclouded shine of the inner light...

Into the vortex Vik - then what: damnation or salvation?
vz-nostalgia: I'd say neither, Chris. I'd say into the vortex of... temptation. smile

i see architecture!
vz-nostalgia: I wonder if we have the same understanding what architecture is, Ms. Erika. smile
But you are right, of course. Any plant is a marvelous example of brilliant architecture and engineering. smile

I wonder where is Ray? How could he missed his spot being the first to comment with his vivid vision? smile

Maybe he got lost inside when the spark diminished...?
vz-nostalgia: smile I don't know, Ti. Maybe he did drop his flicker. Let's hope he finds and lights it back. smile

OUTSTANDING !!!

'Reality' and 'Abstraction' are rendered mere apects of scale and viewpoint.
vz-nostalgia: The most difficult part is to discover teh point, when reality turns into abstraction, Chris. smile
I still have that glowing ember....somewhere. (:o|
vz-nostalgia: Good. That means one day someone will find that glowing amber and will turn it into an all consuming fire, which will set you free, Ms. Roz. smile
The verse complements the photo very well...
vz-nostalgia: A compliment on a verse from an English major... oh my... I must be doing something right. smile
A lovely soft close-up VZ
vz-nostalgia: I know that much, Ron. smile

I am a spark, nice shot smile
vz-nostalgia: If you were a real spark, Spark, you would never write "nice shot" on Nostalgia. smile
A beautiful shot with great lines. I wonder what maintains your inner light on.
vz-nostalgia: : smile
Delia: I wonder what maintains your inner light on.
VZ: Why don't you try to guess, Ms. Delia. I'll give you three attempts. smile But I can assure you, it's not the one that will come to your mind first. I'm through with that. smile

Tinkerbell, or Tinker Bell is part of the Peter Pan stories - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinker_Bell
Tinklebell, as far as I can trace it, is a eastern version of the fairy not associated with the Peter Pan story and created to bypass trading rights that Walt Disney (Buenovista) holds on Tinkerbell.
I did mean Tinker Bell, as she is a light in the life of Peter Pan, which is a dream story.
vz-nostalgia: That is in depth research, Louis. smile Now listen to this: when our son was a little boy, we always asked him to "tinkle" before he went to bed. smile That's what I meant. smile

A Tornado....
vz-nostalgia: she certainly is. smile
I keep coming back to this Viktor, I like it as it fits all the typical rules of photogragrphy but doesn't leap out like most of your images. Is it a tadge dark, but if increased the exposure you would blow the highlights...
Everybody else seems to like it though!
vz-nostalgia: She's a quiet storm, Nig. That's why she doesn't leap out. smile
Keep coming back. The best thing about it, you don't have to pay a penny. smile

To tinkle or not to tinkle. Is that what the Japanese toy manufacturers had in mind?

Over here 'tinkle' is the sound when the chamber pot is used. Girls for the pot and the boys behind a tree in the back yard. Uncivilised smile
vz-nostalgia: Girls can produce a beautiful tinkle too, Louis. I know that for sure, heard it with my own ears. smile
