Lovely stuff, VZ.

[Yesterday I published a few galleries of my recent pictures in another place on the Internet...if you look at the last image in this gallery [ http://www.all-my-world.com/Raytiddlyhost/macrogallery.html#Spiders_20091122 ] then you might feel like a smile.
vz-nostalgia: smile I did have a good laugh, Ray. smile All you need there is a touch of poetry. smile
This is almost an alien life form! I like this very much Viktor.
vz-nostalgia: For some it's an alien life form, for others it's a natural habitat, Bill. smile

who wouldn't like to be splashed by this wave...
really great to re-discover and enjoy more 'the ocean' from graeme revell: inspiring + tickling wink

'when I'm in your ocean
I swim, I float, I go and come
I go beyond your well-known coast
I reach, I'm rich, I'm blind and see...
when I'm in your ocean
the wave of a thousand kisses
surrounds me, caresses me
more and more and more...' (K.A.)smile
vz-nostalgia: smile
K.A.: who wouldn't like to be splashed by this wave...
VZ: smile Hard to believe, but there are folks who care less, Ms. K.A. smile

...when you are in my ocean
don't sing me your songs, Madam Lorelei,
which might hypnotize me and lure me
into the depth of my own ocean
then, no one will see me again... (VZ) smile
I admit i felt like smiling when I saw Ray's gallery smile I like this wave of kisses, even if it's surrounded by darkness here.
vz-nostalgia: My smile was wider than the Golden Gate Bridge, Ms. Delia. smile
Regarding the kisses, why do you think people close their eyes, when they kiss? smile Would you say that darkness enhances the experience? smile

...the fleeting imprint of effervescent kisses radiates into soft tickles under the surface of one's skin...
...a tumbling cascade of delicate touches...
vz-nostalgia: I feel tumbling cascades down my spine just from reading this, Ms. Suzanne. smile
Life and death together in a beautiful way.
vz-nostalgia: That is the way it was meant to be, wasn't it, Armando? smile

Took me a while to realise what I was looking at, which is always a good thing. Like little jewels strung from the branch.

Ingrid: Took me a while to realise what I was looking at, which is always a good thing.
VZ: Well, not always, Ingrid. There are other criteria for being a good thing. smile

It's a gossamer wall of natural prisms & light Vik
vz-nostalgia: I guess a dress made of such a gossamer is a dream of so many ladies, don't you think, Chris? smile
this is one great B&W
vz-nostalgia: Nice to see your node of approval, Ms. Chantal. smile

my first impression was: a magic underwater world -glinstering, glittering, sparkling- but then I remembered a look at a morning scene in an English garden after heavy rain when thousands of dew droplets had gathered or lined up to a row of pearls - glittering in this way as you have 'depictured so delicately -I very like this pic, but I don't like your title (the metaphor and the too often mentioned number 1000).
vz-nostalgia: smile
Philine: I very like this pic, but I don't like your title
VZ: smile I was expecting to see the word "kitsch" once again, Philine, but I see you spared my feelings. Hahahaha.
Tell me, when was the last time you were enveloped by the wave of a thousand kisses, Philine? smile Maybe that's why the title didn't resonate with you. smile
...in a thousand and one nights smile arabian or not...so every kiss tells a different story and there is also a kissless night...why? i have absolutely no idea...but it makes sense to me somehow
vz-nostalgia: a kissless night has its purpose, Ms. Dori. It exists so you'd feel a sense of loss, longing, a burn of desire, a sweet nostalgia... smile That's why it makes sense to you, even though on a subconscious level. smile
Las tres Ășltimas fotos son muy buenas.
vz-nostalgia: Only three of my last photos are good, maqroll? I guess I need to try harder. Hahahaha (Ja-ja-ja-ja Is that how you laugh in Spain? smile).
i'm pretty sure there are more than a thousand little bubbles... er... kisses...
and where there is one wave, there is another and another. thousands of kisses raining down.
vz-nostalgia: Wave after wave... Is it possible to kiss someone to death, Ms. Seraphine? Just wondering. smile

yes, you are right - "In the wave of a thousand kisses" - the older I'm getting, the more I wish and appreciate: multum, not multa or less is often more!
vz-nostalgia: smile You are not the only one, Ms. Philine. smile
Each bubble is like its own little world.

People close their eyes when they kiss because otherwise they get a fisheye closeup of their lover's nose, which is hardly romantic. smile
vz-nostalgia: smile
Larry: Each bubble is like its own little world.
VZ: A microcosm. Not unlike each one of us, Larry. Together, we form a wave. smile
I don't think ladies would approve your explanation of why people close their eyes, when they kiss. smile

wow !!!!
vz-nostalgia: The best thing about the word "wow", syeff, is you can read it backwards and get the same result. smile

I know it's a static image but there is so much movement in the distribution of the dew drops - it's uncanny!
vz-nostalgia: smile
Anastasia: "...movement in the distribution of the dew drops..."
VZ: That sounds like a title of a college course paper in physics, Anastasia. smile
Well conceived and executed, Viktor...Bravo! When I went to fire up my hot tub last month (left idle since before the hip replacements last winter), I found irrepairable cracks in the shell. The replacement tub arrived yesterday, and I was treated to a similar sight this morning. I've missed my daily pre-dawn ritual, as delightful as your image.
vz-nostalgia: smile A brand new hot tub replacement to please your brand new hip replacements. Hahaha. I see you got yourself a deal, Alan. smile

Absolutely magnificent! Whoah! What a grat angle! Looks like a million droplets suspended by a spider web. Magical!
vz-nostalgia: Looks like a million droplets supended by a spider web? It doesn't LOOK LIKE, Sergio, it IS a million droplets suspended by a spider web. smile
A pleasure for the eyes. Greetings.
vz-nostalgia: Hope it's a pleasure for the mind, as well, ADD. smile Good to see you here again.
Like a wave of bubbles ! Lovely indeed ! Great idea for the mono. Those dew drops are very effective light catchers. Well done my dear.
vz-nostalgia: "... a wave of bubbles..." as if you talk about champagne, Ms. Flo. smile Looks like you know the subject very well. smile

oh how beautiful, reminds me of my (or rather your)'one last kiss before we fall' that hangs so happily on my wall. this one made me catch my breath in fact, the starry droplets hang in such a perfect curve. I might be asking for a copy of this one next smile - of course the finest of kilimanjaro's coffee beans would be zapping their way across to you in return smile
vz-nostalgia: I think you got yourself a deal, Ms. Eliza. smile

meant to say this too, but sent before brain had finished working (happens often smile - i've decided that you don't live on the planet like the rest of us - the things you see in your garden, and in life, always amaze me, so exquisite. OR...i think you have some kind of deal going on with nature, it shows you things that the rest of us pass by. you make me want to go out into the rain with a macro lens (if i had one) and peer closely into the foliage (hoping i don't get attacked by a large nasty bug) smile seriously.
vz-nostalgia: with all the richness of African nature, I'm surprised you haven't explored its macro world, Ms. Eliza. While you are inspired by this shot, maybe it is time to invest into a good macro lens. smile Give it a thought, Ms. Eliza. smile
All your photos are spectacular! I will be attentive to your blog.
vz-nostalgia: Be my guest, Jordi. smile
amazing detail and depth within this one - feels like ancient magic - great!
vz-nostalgia: the alchemy of light and shadow. smile

I like the lips shaped here (well, at least i see a mouth) and those 1000 & 1 lil'bubbles of kisses on the web, must be a very deeply in love spiderman... Your B&W is so luminous, transparency like in a glass... thin threads floating by... and dark parts equally embracing this mouth of water & light... What I like the most might be the crystal-clear mystery (= the inner contradiction) of this passionate Zyryality of yours.
vz-nostalgia: Your fantasy is richer than mine, Ms. K@ as I failed to see an open mouth here. smile That is such an erotic image, I have no idea how I missed that. smile
Crystal clear mystery is an oxymoron of all oxymorons. smile
