It's like the buildings are emerging from something, excellent reflection.
vz-nostalgia: autumn trees were framing the pond, Nig. It was a breathtaking view by itself without any reflections.
Many years ago we had some prints of some or other modern artist that this puts me in mind of. Wish i could remember the name! Love the picture Viktor.
vz-nostalgia: Hmmm... I thought I knew modern art pretty well, but I'm blanking who this might be. What happened to the prints, Bill?

Oh yes, very magic- Atlantis emerging in the midst of nowhere!? And all people have changed into friendly peaceful beings enjoying their daily life, working only for fun, and the results of all their actions (no work would be boring!) is pleasure and fulfillness and happiness! Do you like to live in that world? I prefer the present one, but I like your pic in order to dream a little of another kind of world - for some minutes!
vz-nostalgia: smile Oh, Ms. Philine... You sound like my former professor of Scientific Communism, when he was describing the future of the Soviet Union after the crash of the capitalistic system. Unfortunately, the Soviet Union ceased to exist a bit prematurely to see the crash of capitalism that is happening now in front of our eyes. So, we'll never know, if the professor was telling the truth. smile

The city, it seems is being eaten away by neglect...

Powerful stuff, VZ. Yer need a coupla mavericks around the place ter set it right...
vz-nostalgia: The Kingdom might be falling apart and being eaten away, but the King is doing all right, and so do all his friends and relatives in the oil-military-industrial complex. I'm afraid a couple of mavericks are a part of the same machine, Ray. smile
Nice shot Viktor!!! It seems a mirage!!
vz-nostalgia: It seems like a fata morgana, because it is, Ms. Berta. When the country is in ruins, a good prosperous kingdom looks like an unreachable ever escaping mirage.
brilliant reflection shot Victor, just wouldn't have been the same without the slight breeze that blew you this beautysmile
vz-nostalgia: I always thought it is the hurricain that brings the change. I guess there are times, when a light breeze can do just right as well, Tim. smile

Ohjeohje- then I must have chosen the totally wrong words (although written with an ironical subsense as I thought but you know, oh my English...!) if I "sound like (your) professor of Scientific Communism"- I hate nothing more than ideologies and block-thinking!!! (Nevertheless I'm not living without any philosophy of life or better religion!)
vz-nostalgia: smile I see I scared you to death with my reply. smile That wasn't my intent at all. smile
Splendid reflection, but now, in my prosaic way, I want to know what the buildings look like in plain air.
vz-nostalgia: okay, I'll post them shortly specifically for you, Ian. smile
Thatr's wonderful Vik: I take my hat off to you!
vz-nostalgia: Be careful, Chris, you might catch cold, if you keep taking off your hat every time I post a good picture. smile

Lovely autumn palette for this dreamscape Viktor.
vz-nostalgia: fall is my favorite time of year here in Atlanta. It's lo-o-o-o-ng, warm, dry and colorful. A pure pleasure.

This is fab!

When the shapes become liquid, we're bound to believe that a whisper can change the world.
vz-nostalgia: Even whispers work like magic wands, when shapes are melted by the power of one's mind. smile
Liquid town, that's nice... smile
It bless you that you framed it Viktor.
Nice one.
vz-nostalgia: when buildings around you start turning liquid, it's a sure sign to cut on gin and whisky, Gabor. smile
